What this service is

GOATed Analytics operates a suite of sports analytics products, including:

• Model feeds (NBA, NHL, MLB, NFL, Soccer, Tennis, UFC, NCAAB). Daily projection outputs for player props, match outcomes, totals, and other markets, generated by statistical models and distributed as written picks, boards, or images.
• Bundles. Combined access to multiple model feeds at a single monthly price. Access granted by a bundle is governed by the same terms as the underlying products.

What this service is not

GOATed Analytics is not a sportsbook. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or process wagers. We are not a licensed gambling operator. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Model projections are informational outputs. We do not guarantee that any pick or projection will result in profit. The tools provide information; you decide whether and how to act on it.

No guarantee of profit

All outputs across the platform (model projections, daily prop boards, Yardwatch home run lists, and any other pick or projection we publish) are based on statistical analysis at a point in time. Lines can change before you place a bet. Juice can vary. Games and matches have unpredictable outcomes. Past performance of any product does not predict future results. You may lose money betting on information provided by any GOATed Analytics product.

Variance and statistical uncertainty

Outcomes of sports bets are subject to substantial short-term variance. Even when a model has a real long-term edge, sequences of losing bets, losing weeks, and losing months are statistically expected. A losing run does not establish that any model, projection, or pick published on this platform is defective, broken, or unreliable. Statistical performance is meaningful only over a large sample of outcomes; performance over a small number of bets, picks, days, or weeks is not a reliable indicator of long-term results. You acknowledge that you may lose money over any short window of subscription, including without limitation your first day, week, or month of access. You are solely responsible for your bet sizing, bankroll management, and your decision to continue or discontinue use of any GOATed Analytics product. We make no representation that any product will produce a profit over any defined time period.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before acting on any information provided by any GOATed Analytics product.
• You are responsible for confirming the actual line and juice at the sportsbook before placing any bet. The data shown may be delayed or differ from what is currently offered.
• You are responsible for your own betting bankroll management, bet sizing, and all financial decisions.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service.

Account rules

• One account per person.
• Do not share your login credentials.
• Do not use the service to feed data into automated betting systems without written permission.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute any data, picks, projections, or images shown on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Data and projection accuracy

Odds data is sourced from third-party providers. Injury and lineup data is sourced from public feeds. Model projections are statistical estimates built from historical data and current inputs. They are not predictions, and they carry inherent uncertainty. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate data and projections but do not warrant that any data point or projection is correct, complete, or current at the time you view it.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers are grandfathered at their original price for as long as the subscription remains active and uncancelled.

Limitation of liability

All GOATed Analytics products, including every model feed, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from bets placed based on information shown on the platform.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, deployments, or infrastructure issues. Picks, projections, or opportunities may be delayed or missed during downtime. We are not liable for missed opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
