A model subscription gives you daily picks for that sport plus community (Discord) access. New picks trigger a push notification when notifications are enabled on your device.

Each model page (for example /models/mlb) shows exactly which markets the model covers and what its outputs look like. The MLB Player Model covers pitcher outs and strikeouts, hits, total bases, and the Yardwatch top-15 home-run board. The NBA, NHL, and NFL Player Models cover daily player prop boards for their sport. Soccer covers 1X2 and totals across 35 leagues. Tennis covers daily ATP / WTA match picks. UFC covers per-card method-of-victory and goes-the-distance. NCAAB covers daily moneyline picks.

After you subscribe, the model's page (for example /models/mlb) shows today's picks once they have been posted. Pages are gated; logging out shows the marketing copy and the Subscribe button instead.

Older posts are available in the "Past Predictions" section at the bottom of each model page. Expand a date to see the picks that were posted that day.

Picks are also posted to the Discord community.

Picks are posted daily, before the day's games start. Exact timing varies by sport and by the day's schedule (lineups, weather, late scratches). Some models, MLB in particular, post multiple batches during the day.

Turn on push notifications to be alerted the moment new picks post. See the Notifications section above for setup.

Through the rest of the NBA playoffs, NBA Player Model access is complimentary with any other model subscription. Subscribe to any single model or to a bundle, and we add NBA access (website and Discord) to your account manually after purchase.

Direct NBA-only subscriptions are not available during the promo. Once the playoffs end the model returns to regular pricing.

The NHL Player Model is on a playoff special: $19.99 / mo through the end of the NHL playoffs (regular price $29.99 / mo). Subscribe anytime during the promo to lock in $19.99 / mo for as long as your subscription stays active.

NHL is excluded from the 2 Model Feeds bundle picker during the promo because the discounted single-model price would undercut the flat bundle rate. Subscribe to NHL directly to take the playoff price.

Two bundle tiers are available:

• 2 Model Feeds (Any) at $49.99 / mo. Pick any 2 model feeds during checkout. Community access is included. NHL is excluded during the current playoff promo.
• VIP Pro at $139.99 / mo. Every model feed plus community access. Any new models added in the future, as well as tools developed by GOATed Analytics, are included at no extra cost to VIP Pro users.

Every model produces statistical projections. Real outcomes of sports bets are subject to substantial short-term variance, even when a model has a real long-term edge. Sequences of losing bets, losing days, and losing weeks are statistically expected.

Judge a model over hundreds of picks, not days. Performance over a small number of picks is not a reliable indicator of long-term results. You can read the full statement in our Terms.

Go to /account and click Manage billing. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, change the default payment method, view invoices, and download receipts.

Go to /account and click Manage billing. From the Stripe Customer Portal, choose Cancel plan on the subscription you want to end. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then.

Cancel anytime. There is no commitment beyond the monthly billing cycle.

After you cancel, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Once that date passes, the picks pages stop rendering content and you are removed from any Discord channels the subscription covered.

Re-subscribing after access ends starts a new subscription at the current public price. Grandfathered pricing from a prior subscription does not carry over (see grandfathered pricing below).

When we change the price on a product, existing subscribers keep paying their original price for as long as their subscription stays active and uncancelled. This applies to single-model subs and to bundles.

If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the new subscription is billed at whatever the current public price is. There is no way to recover the older price after a cancellation, even if the re-subscription happens shortly after.

Both changes happen on the /account page.

• To change your email, use the Email form. We verify the new address before switching it.
• To change your password, use the Password form. You enter your current password plus the new one twice.

If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the /login page to receive a reset email.

Go to /account and use the Delete account form at the bottom of the page. We require your current password and the confirmation phrase "delete my account" typed exactly.

Account deletion is irreversible. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via Manage billing; deleting an account does not automatically refund or cancel a Stripe subscription.

Refund requests are handled case by case. Email support@goatedanalytics.com with your account email and a short description of the issue.

Note that monthly variance (a stretch of losing picks) is not by itself grounds for a refund; see "How to think about variance and sample size" in Model Feeds above, and the full statement in our Terms.
